do not include the use of specialized instruments, the dismantling of equipment, or the sampling of air
and inert materials. Consequently, a generalist inspection and the subsequent report will not be as
comprehensive, nor as technically exhaustive, as that generated by specialists, and it is not intended
to be. The purpose of a generalist inspection is to identify significant defects or adverse conditions
that would warrant a specialist evaluation. Therefore, you should be aware of the limitations of this
type of inspection, which are clearly indicated in the standards. However, the inspection is not
intended to document the type of cosmetic deficiencies that would be apparent to the average person, and
certainly not intended to identify insignificant deficiencies. The observations and opinions expressed within this report are those of Right Choice Home Inspection and
supersede any alleged verbal comments. We inspect all of the systems, components, and conditions
described in accordance with the standards of Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors
British Columbia (CAHPI(BC)), and those that we do not inspect are clearly disclaimed in the
contract(authorization) and/or in the aforementioned standards. However, some components that are
inspected and found to be functional may not necessarily appear in the report, simply because we do not
wish to waste our client's time by having them read an unnecessarily lengthy report about components
that do not need to be serviced. In accordance with the terms of the contract(authorization), the service recommendations that we make in
this report should be completed well before the close of escrow by licensed specialists, who may well
identify additional defects or recommend some upgrades that could affect your evaluation of the

水管系统大部分隐蔽在墙内,无法全面检查所有管道。有研究报道PloyB材质水管有一定的缺陷,,可向水暖专家进一步咨询详情。我们通常不会测量水压值。检查埋于地下部分的进管、下水及排污管不在标准的验屋范围内。自动调压的水龙头可以在其他用水情况下确保该龙头出水水温较恒定,而避免意外烫伤。有些保险公司已经不再给还有镀锌钢管供水管的房屋提供保险服务,除非改造为现代主流的水管材质。标准的验屋范围不涵盖对消防喷淋系统、草坪喷淋系统、净水和软水系统的检测。消防喷淋系统通常需要每年请消防当局检测一次;询问卖家草坪喷淋系统使用状况。上下水部分内容可能在厨房、卫生间、洗衣房和室外部分章节检查并描述过,本章节不再重复。
